Real Estate is my second career.  It has been exciting and rewarding.  I retired as a VP in Banking after 27 years and started my own company, Snowbird Property Watch, Inc., looking after hones for second home owners.  After doing this for a period of time I came to the conclusion I should get my real estate license to better serve those second homeowners and their friends.  I obtained my real license in 2008 and started off very slowly as this was the time of the real estate market crash.  During this time I had a client who asked me to manage his investment real estate properties.  I took the Real Estate Property  Management course and over a period of time had over 30 rental homes under Snowbird Property Management Company.  In 2018 I realized I wanted to concentrate on just real estate.  I sold my companies and focused on helping clients buy or sell their homes and/or commercial property.  I love Western North Carolina and have spent most of my life in Buncombe and Haywood Counties.

I joined Better Homes and Gardens Heritage in 2021 and working with the Heritage team has been one of the best decisions I have made in my real estate career.  The company is very family orieneted and works for the agents making my days enjoyable.
